Your can use the website below or their app called MyCareOverseas to see your past, active, and pending referral status.
If you would like to message your PCM/provider, you need to use TRICARE Onlineor MHS Genesis.
INITIAL
Tricare Prime Authorization
1.PCM
Meet with your PCM.Request a referral for Physical Therapy from Tokyo Physio.PCM sends referral to Referral Management.Authorizations are accepted at our Ebisu and/or Yokota clinics.
2. Referral Management
Referral Management processes the referral in 2-3 days.The referral is then sent to TRICARE.
3. TRICARE
TRICARE reviews the case and creates an authorization in 3-5 days.
4. Tokyo Physio
Our reception should receive the authorization within one week.Once received, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the initial assessment.
5. Road to Recovery
Start your sessions and begin your road to recovery!
