What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
I have a strong passion for building meaningful connections. I love getting to know each patient personally, understanding their needs and then tailoring my treatments from there. I am also a strong believer in ‘the best exercise program is the one that gets done’, so you won’t get a rehab program full of 1000 exercises from me! We will make sure it fits into your lifestyle, and gets you back to your normal daily activities and sports.
Favourite conditions to treat.
Being an active person myself, I love treating any sporting related injuries. I also love treating anything lower limb – particularly knee or ankle/foot injuries. However, I love helping people in any capacity!
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Reading a good book, playing guitar, being outdoors kicking the footy or going for a bike ride, exploring all the unexplored pockets of Tokyo.
What would be your personal motto?
Everything happens for a reason.
Who is someone you admire and why?
Both my mum and my partner! She has shown me the importance of being a strong, independent and respectful woman. My partner packed his bags and moved solo in the middle of COVID to pursue his rugby career here in Tokyo. He is the hardest worker in the room and has sacrificed so much to be where he is today.
Your most out-standing achievement?
Packing my bags at the age of 22 and moving not only out of home, but 7000km away to Tokyo!
