What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?

I’ve treated endurance sports team athletes and complex knee conditions for years in Melbourne. I like to clearly communicate a management plan and see exercise as medicine, and the correct prescription and dosage are crucial to success.

Favourite Conditions to Treat?

Knees, tendons of all types, shoulder instability, hips and endurance sports cycling/running injuries and post-op rehabilitation

What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working?

I’m in my happy place running and cycling. I love to travel and see different parts of the world. I’ve just started to learn to surf too!

What would be your personal motto?

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results – Albert Einstein

Who is someone you admire and why?

My mum and my brother both work in the climate change and environmental sectors. I hugely admire their passion and drive to change big picture issues.

Your most-outstanding achievement:

Finishing a half ironman in 35-degree heat. It’s probably common in Singapore, but it was tough for me coming from Melbourne!

What would you cook if I came round for dinner?

I’m a terrible cook but I can do good roast potatoes with duck fat.

Where should we go on holiday?

South to North trip up the coast of Vietnam.
