What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?

Communication skills and being a good listener – these are important for understanding my client’s goals. My University degree and knowledge and passion for nutrition. I’m entusiatic and motivating and I’ve been told I’m a great cook too!

What are you happiest doing when not working:

Travelling, Kitesurfing and Skiing

Ash Barty
Retired as a woman’s number one tennis player at the age of 25 in order to seek happiness and success in future ventures. She’s an inspiring female role model, promoting health and an active lifestyle in a number of sports.

Most outstanding achievements?

Achieving an honours degree in Dietetics and winning gold in the Works Skills UK competition for Environmental Science.

What would you cook if you came around for dinner?

My infamous chilli con carne!

Favourite Holiday Destination?

The wine valley of Franschhoek, South Africa in the summer.
Kitzbühel, Austria for the Skiing in the winter
